This page describes our process for filing complaints related to copyright infringement, trademark violations, and other intellectual property issues. If you believe that Content on LookArt.ai infringes your rights, please follow the procedures outlined below.

Note: This process is for rights holders only. If you are not the copyright owner or authorized representative, you may not file a complaint on behalf of someone else.

2. Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that Content on LookArt.ai infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice.

Before Filing:

  • Ensure that you are the legal owner of the copyright or have authority to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Verify that the Content you are reporting actually infringes your rights (e.g., it is not a fair use, parody, or properly licensed).
  • Be aware that filing a false or fraudulent complaint may expose you to legal liability (including damages and attorney fees) under applicable perjury and copyright laws.

We will review all valid complaints and take appropriate action, which may include removing the Content, suspending the user's Account, or other measures.

Counter-Notice Requirements:

  1. Your contact information (name, email, physical address, phone number).

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the Content at our discretion.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

LookArt.ai has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the Accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

If a user has been the subject of multiple valid copyright complaints, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the user's Account.
  • Permanently ban the user from creating new Accounts.
  • Report the user's activity to relevant authorities if illegal conduct is suspected.

We will consider factors such as the number of complaints, the severity of infringements, and whether the user has demonstrated good faith in resolving disputes.
